All items in stock will be dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public & bank holidays, as soon as payment is cleared. Standard Delivery on average takes 3 to 5 working days depending on the item. Some products may take longer and this will be stated in the specifications of that product. This applies to individually commissioned or bespoke items, or items needing specialist packaging - for example a large sculpture may require crating and will take longer.
Return of Goods Policy
Please do not return Goods to us without following the steps below. We will not be liable for any Goods returned to us if you do not follow this procedure.
Before returning any Goods to us we request that you contact by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that the Goods are being returned.
You MUST notify us of any damages within 24 hours of delivery send us an email using our contact page enquiry form; or call us at +44(0) 7867840358. Damaged items and their packaging should be retained for inspection by our carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your purchase please pack the goods securely in a suitable shipping box (ideally their original shipping box) and affix the returns label included with the Goods to the outside of the box and post them back to us. We recommend that a tracked delivery service is used for high value items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.
Please make sure that you return the Goods in saleable condition including the certificate of authenticity.
Once we have received the Goods we will confirm your refund and payment will be made within 30 days.
